    After JMT confirms the Bill of Lading. Typical cycle is under 14 days from machine ready to seller payout.

  • Do you arrange shipping?

    Yes — JMT coordinates yard-to-port transport, loading (container, flat rack, or RoRo), and export documentation.

  • What if the machine is not as described?

    Funds remain protected until the case is resolved. JMT reviews the dispute and decides on hold, partial release, or refund.

  • Are sellers verified?

    Every seller is reviewed by JMT. Company registration, license (e.g. 古物商 if applicable), and yard address are confirmed before listings go live.

  • What countries can I buy from?

    Most countries. We block destinations restricted by Japanese export controls (METI) and international sanctions lists.
